Q. How much of my donation goes directly to helping the animals?

A. Our charity is run entirely by volunteers and no money is taken for expenses. The only costs that would be taken out would be administration costs for example, to pay for a stall at an event. We would not expect this to come out of our volunteer's pockets.

A. You can make a direct transfer into our UK charity bank account.

Q. How do I make a donation from my Turkish bank account?

A. You can make a donation directly into our Turkish charity bank account. We also have a euro account.

Q. Is there a minimum period of time for setting up a regular donation for?

A. No. You can set up a regular donation for as often and for as long as you like. You can also cancel or amend your donation at any time.

 

Q. Can I make a one-off donation on someone else's behalf, for example as a gift?

A. Yes, of course. Please go to the one-off sponsor page for details.

 

Q. Can I make a one-off donation to a particular animal?

A. Yes, you can request that your donation goes towards the cost of a specific veterinary treatment or grooming for a particular animal, for example. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that food or toys won't be shared!
